Terms and Conditions

1 The products remain the property of SD-modelcartuning until full payment has been made.

2 The products are not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Our rim sets are universal and suitable for many miniature cars, however, due to the different axle connections per manufacturer, it may be necessary to adjust the axle of the model car.

3 All deliveries follow our general terms and conditions.

4 Your data will be treated with care and will not be passed on to third parties.

5 The price list is not a stock list, if an item is in stock it will be delivered within fifteen working days, if an item is not in stock the delivery time can be up to 4 weeks depending on the product. In some cases, a replacement product can be delivered if the ordered product is very similar. prices include VAT, prices may vary. We also use the VAT rates that apply in the country of delivery.

6 The prices are exclusive of shipping, packaging and bank costs, a product will only be sent after payment of the entire amount due.

7 Shipping abroad is possible, but the costs may vary. (see shipping costs)

8 The seller is not responsible or liable for damage caused by transport or improper use of the product.

9 It is prohibited by law to use products, photos or other materials from SDmodelcartuning for commercial purposes.

10 Various loose parts are supplied unpainted as standard unless stated otherwise, however, these can be sprayed on request (Article options). The aluminum rim sets consist partly of plastic/resin. The articles in our webshop where it is stated in the description that it concerns a kit or construction kit are unpainted as standard and may be delivered in parts that still need to be assembled.

11 Deliveries according to Dutch law, international law is excluded. Legal complaints are handled exclusively in the Netherlands.

12 Right of withdrawal:
The products of SD modelcartuning are produced and packaged with the greatest care, but if you are dissatisfied with the product, you can within 14 days of receipt return in the closed original packaging the shipping costs of the return are for the account of the customer as well as the shipping costs incurred for delivering the order. Customer specific items such as special colored rims or parts cannot be exchanged. The right of withdrawal is only valid for deliveries within the European Union. 

13 Refund Policy:
Once an item has been returned to us, it will be checked and refunded within 7 working days.

14 A placed order is a legal purchase agreement, which is therefore binding.

15 Rules applicable to discount coupons; Valid for spending of €35 euro (product value), only 1 discount coupon per order valid and tied to customer account.

16 Liability SDmodelcartuning in exceptional cases not exceeding the purchase value.

17 Op additionele aankopen van SDmodelcartuning via andere platformen (anders dan onze webshop) kan geen korting op (dubbele) verzendkosten worden gegeven.

18 Wij behouden het recht om ten alle tijden een verkoop – bestelling te kunnen annuleren zonder opgaaf van reden.
